Dr. Levi Grosser is a compassionate and highly skilled pediatric dentist with a passion for providing specialized care to children of all backgrounds, including those with complex medical or behavioral needs. Born in Brooklyn and eventually raised in Cedarhurst, NY, Dr. Grosser’s roots in the community have fostered his deep commitment to improving the dental health of children in his area and beyond.

Dr. Grosser’s journey toward becoming a pediatric dentist began at TUFTS UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF DENTAL MEDICINE, where he earned his dental degree. After completing his foundational dental education, he further honed his clinical expertise at JAMAICA HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER in Queens, New York, where he completed a comprehensive general dental residency. This residency provided him with a solid foundation in dental care for patients of all ages and abilities.

Driven by a desire to deepen his expertise in providing care to special needs patients, Dr. Grosser pursued a highly selective year-long fellowship in Dental Care for the Developmentally Disabled, where he was one of only two fellows chosen for this prestigious program. This intensive year of specialized training allowed him to develop the skills necessary to manage complex cases, providing both essential dental care and emotional support for patients with developmental challenges.

Eager to further specialize in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Grosser then undertook a rigorous two-year pediatric residency at MAIMONIDES MEDICAL CENTER in Brooklyn, New York. The residency focused not only on clinical treatment but also on pediatric care under oral sedation and general anesthesia. This unique training enabled Dr. Grosser to manage some of the most medically and behaviorally complex pediatric cases, ensuring that each child’s unique needs were met with the utmost care and attention.

Dr. Grosser’s greatest strength lies in his ability to connect with children, building trust and confidence. He understands that establishing a comfortable environment for a child, along with building a trusting relationship between the child, parent, and dentist, is paramount to successful treatment. His exceptional skills in behavioral management help calm even the most anxious young patients, ensuring they feel safe and understood throughout their visit. This empathetic approach not only alleviates fear but also sets the stage for a lifetime of positive dental experiences.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Grosser resides in the Five Towns with his wife Ilana and their six children. He loves spending quality time with his family, whether relaxing at home or enjoying local activities together. Family life brings him balance, joy, and daily inspiration.
